The grant which we received from 'Solarfields Ltd' for our wonderful canopy also included funds for a living willow structure. We have now been able to start construction on this - it is a work in progress as it will grow and evolve over time. Unfortunately the rabbit guards look a bit unsightly but a necessity while the rods' are young.

Catalin Petre is the UK project manager for the audio-visual connectivity via SKYPE that we are setting up between us and our two partner India schools.
We are looking forward to using this.

DECEMBER 2016
On the last day of term we visited Leonard Cheshire Disability with the children and their parents and performed some Christmas songs for the residents. We had a lovely time, a warm thank you to them for inviting us and making us so welcome.
Upon returning to preschool we were very lucky to have a visit from Father Christmas himself! We finished our morning with a party lunch (with lots of lovely food supplied by parents). A great way to finish the year, we are now looking forward to 2017.

On Wednesday 14th December Debbie Millar visited us for 'movement and music'. We all enjoyed dancing and singing.

We posed making our 'snowman' faces

On Tuesday 13th December preschool visited St Georges church. The children unwrapped the nativity with Simon and Jenny and then listened to the story of Christmas.
Afterwards we walked to the post box and talked about how our letters are delivered all over the world.
We have our own preschool post office set up to write and send letters to Santa.
